10+ years across AI, backend, embedded systems, and hardware-integrated platforms — in both enterprise and experimental environments. I started programming at 11, worked across the US and Japan, led engineering teams of 5–15 people, founded an R&D-driven AI company, and exited with profit. I combine technical depth with a research mindset and real delivery experience.
Both inside established organizations and within my own company. In Japan I led teams of 5–15 engineers across AI, embedded, and web systems — owning architecture, framework design, and coordination. As a founder I also built and led my own team across R&D projects and client work.
I founded an R&D-driven AI and systems engineering company, ran it as an experimental operation delivering real products, and successfully sold its intellectual property at a profit. I now want to bring that founder-level ownership and R&D mindset into a new team.
